We had an emergency main sewer line that was backing up. We had called on a Saturday, around midnight, and Justin was on his way to help us out as he had unclogged our main sewer line. Called at 2:30PM with a significant kitchen drain clog. Plumber Justin was there 3 hours later in the promised timeframe. After much hard work and persistence, he fixed the problem and cleaned up any mess afterward. Communication from start to finish was A+. Contacted Patriot plumbers 3 days ago to install a new sewer line from the main sewer line in the road to my basement including new piping in the basement. Today I have a completely new sewer line. Yesterday I was looking for quotes online for a water heater. Within minutes, James at Patriot plumbing called me back and within a half hour Bryan and Justin we're at my front door. Another employee David showed up with the water heater and within a few hours, they had my toilet and kitchen faucet fixed and my new hot water heater replaced and the old one in their truck. Justin and Bryan did have to come back today to do the shower but that was only because the pipes were outdated and not workable and they knew it would be a lengthy job. They arrived promptly at their stated start time and within 5 hours, they were finished and had cleaned up. Although they were ready to leave, they took time to look at another issue that a previous plumber had left for me and within minutes I had a quote. The professionalism, courtesy and respect that they showed me as a single woman was by far above and beyond what I had ever experienced, so appreciative and grateful for that. I'm pretty sure their prices are unbeatable but if they are, I'd call them everytime over any other company because of the company as a whole being truly genuine, having incredible pride, good work ethic and an amazing end result.
